Mike Hotchkiss, CIC - Mike, a Certified Insurance Counselor, began his career with the Wiley Insurance Agency in 1983 and became owner and President in 1986. Mike is responsible for the overall management of the Agency and continues to service new and existing accounts, many of which have been with the Agency for over 50 years. Mike continues his insurance education via Certified Insurance Counselor continuing educational courses and other educational seminars, which keep him up-to-date on product evolution, thereby allowing the Agency to be in the forefront of our industry by providing protection for valued clientele.

Zina Hotchkiss, CISR - Zina, holds the prestigious Certified Insurance Service Representative designation and is married to Mike Hotchkiss, the owner of the Wiley Insurance Agency. Zina began her career with the Agency in 1988. Zina is responsible for the accounting departments and oversees the work flow of the personal and commercial lines data processing departments to ensure the Agency operates effectively and efficiently. Zina continues her education through CISR courses and continuing educational programs.

Abram Weidman - Abe, as he is commonly known to his friends and peers, started his career with the Agency in 1990, is a shareholder, member of the Board of Directors and Secretary of the Agency. Abe also holds the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor. Prior to joining the Agency, Abe was employed as an underwriter with the Old Guard Insurance Company. In addition, Abe heads up the Agri-Business department and services new and existing commercial accounts.

Chris Connolly, CIC - Chris also obtained the prestigious designation of Certified Insurance Counselor and began his career with the Agency in 1993. Chris is a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors. Chris has the responsibility of servicing new and existing commercial accounts and given his background in larger commercial accounts, including group life and health, specializes in those areas in need of his level of expertise. Chris continues to update his education by attending insurance related seminars and Certified Insurance Counselor courses.

Amy Hart - Amy is Manager of the Commercial Lines department. Amy began her insurance career in 1990 with Donegal Mutual Insurance Company and joined the Agency in 1992. Amy, with a strong background in commercial insurance, provides assistance to the account executives by continuously reviewing and updating their customers' accounts to ensure our clients receive value added products in conjunction with competitive pricing. Amy continues to advance her knowledge of the insurance industry by attending seminars and educational classes.

William A. Gearhart, LUTCF - Bill has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and joined our Agency in 2000. Bill compliments the Agency with a strong background in the Individual, Group Life, Disability and Long-Term Care markets. With Bill's knowledge and expertise, the Wiley Agency continues its focus on providing new and existing clients with one stop shopping for their insurance needs by offering Value Added products and Superior Service, core values of the Wiley Agency. Bill is responsible for developing our rapidly growing market of Employer 401K plans regardless of the Employer's size and continues to advance his education and knowledge of the insurance industry by attending educational classes and seminars.

Jill Schreffler - Jill is currently a full time licensed customer service representative for personal lines.
